Server Rules for Based World of Warcraft Classic 1.21.1 (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”; Administration of the Game Project hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”)

1. User Agreement – Rights and Obligations of the Parties

1.1. The Administration reserves the right to make any changes and updates to the server without prior notice to players or Project participants.

1.2. Ignorance of these Rules, as well as any other regulations and provisions (including the Forum Rules), does not exempt you from liability for their violation. By registering an account on the server or forum, you automatically agree to these Rules and all other provisions.

1.3. All players are required to independently monitor any amendments made to this User Agreement, as well as any other changes that may affect them.

1.3.1. Information about all important events (changes, updates, promotions, events, maintenance, etc.) is published on the Project forum. All players are required to create a forum account and regularly visit the forum to stay informed and to have the ability to contact Support (the Technical Support section is available only to registered forum users).

1.4. The Administration is not liable for any moral, material, or physical damage suffered by a player or group of players as a result of playing on the Project server.

1.5. The Administration is not responsible for the temporary or permanent inability of any specific person or group to play on the server.

1.6. The Administration reserves the right, at any time and without explanation, to terminate access to the server for any specific user, group of users, or entire subnet.

1.7. The Administration is not obligated to investigate or restore in-game items, accounts, characters, or their parameters lost by players for any reason.

1.8. In the event of server malfunctions, the Administration will take all necessary actions to restore functionality as quickly as possible.

1.9. Players are required to strictly comply with all requirements of the Administration and its authorized representatives, as well as the provisions of this Agreement and these Rules in general.

1.10. The owner of the account bears full responsibility for any violations of the Project Rules, regardless of who performed the actions under that account.

1.11. All players are required to ensure that no prohibited third-party software (listed in section 3.1) is installed on the computers used to access the server.

1.12. If a player’s rights are violated by other players, Game Masters (GM), or authorized Administration representatives, the player has the right to file a complaint with the Server Administrator via email — [insert email], providing evidence of the violation (screenshots and videos in accordance with these Rules).

1.13. User accounts, as well as all their contents (characters, items, etc.), are considered in-game property of the Administration.

1.14. Refund Policy: You may request a refund if the services provided were incomplete or not delivered in accordance with the order conditions.

1.14. Refund Procedure: To request a refund, contact our support service using the provided contact details. We will review your request and process the refund to your card/wallet within 24 hours. Refund requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours after the purchase.

1.15. Players are required to familiarize themselves with the administrative sections of the official forum, the Regulations of the Administrative Service, and all other rules posted on the Project forum.

2. Interaction with the Administration and its Authorized Representatives

2.1. It is forbidden to contact the Administration or its authorized representatives without a valid reason. Any appeal must contain a clear and justified description of the problem or question directly related to the operation of the game servers, website, or forum.

2.1.1. It is forbidden to ask Game Masters (GM) or Administration representatives about their personal life or activities outside of work.

2.1.2. It is forbidden to spam Game Masters (GM) with private messages or questions unrelated to game issues. It is also forbidden to send more than two consecutive private messages without receiving a response.

2.1.3. It is forbidden to ask or demand that a Game Master (GM) cancel a punishment that has already been applied.

2.2. Disrespectful behavior towards the Administration is prohibited.

2.3. Threats or blackmail against the Administration are strictly prohibited.

2.4. Spreading rumors or defamation about the Project, the Administration, or its representatives is prohibited.

2.5. Insults (direct or indirect) directed at the Administration or its representatives are prohibited.

2.6. Deceiving the Administration (including false reports) is prohibited.

2.7. Public condemnation or criticism of the Administration’s actions is prohibited.

2.8. Interfering with the work of Game Masters (GM) or other authorized representatives is prohibited.

2.8.1. Attacking a Game Master (GM) without their prior consent is forbidden.

2.8.2. Sending Party, Friend, Clan, Ally, or Trade requests to a Game Master (GM) without prior consent is forbidden.

2.8.3. Offering or giving bribes to Administration members is strictly prohibited.

2.9. Players must strictly follow all lawful instructions from Game Masters and Administration representatives.

2.10. It is forbidden to request in-game benefits, items, or modifications from GMs that would give an unfair advantage.

2.11. Publishing private correspondence with the Administration or Game Masters is prohibited.

2.12. Game Masters do not interfere in the gameplay except in cases of rule violations or official events.

2.13. In case of disputes or wrongful actions by Administration members, players have the right to file an appeal via email or by contacting a higher representative.

3. Use of Third-Party Programs and Gameplay Issues

3.1. The use of any third-party programs that emulate character presence, automate gameplay, or interfere with server operation is strictly prohibited.

3.1.1. Approved patches and utilities (such as infinite zoom, custom map coloring, etc.) are permitted.

3.2. Unauthorized access to another player’s account is prohibited.

3.3. Real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items, currency, characters, or accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.3.1. Discussing or advertising real-money trading is also prohibited.

3.4. Intentionally throwing duels, battlegrounds, arenas, or world PvP is forbidden.

3.5. Use of Nazi symbols or any content prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation is forbidden.

3.6.–3.8. Various forms of griefing and intentional disruption of gameplay are prohibited.

4. Exploitation of Server Bugs

4.1. Intentional use of server bugs is strictly prohibited.

4.1.1. Public discussion of unfixed bugs is forbidden.

4.2. Exploiting bugs to kill mobs unfairly is prohibited.

4.3. Players who discover and report bugs will be rewarded.

5. Communication in Game Chats, Other Areas, and Nickname Rules

5.1. The use of profanity in public game chats, on the forum, or in any official project communication channels is prohibited.

5.2. Flooding in public places (cities, villages, etc.) is forbidden. Flooding is defined as sending three or more identical messages in a row.

5.2.1. Trade messages (selling, buying, exchanging) may not be sent more than once every 30 seconds.

5.3. Threats or blackmail against other players (outside of roleplay) are prohibited.

5.4. Insults directed at other players are strictly prohibited.

5.4.1. Provoking other players into insults is forbidden.

5.5. Sexual harassment, advertising sexual services, or distributing erotic/pornographic content is prohibited.

5.6. Spreading rumors, defamation, or publishing private conversations (Discord, PM, etc.) without consent is forbidden (except when reporting rule violations to the Administration).

5.7. Any content that violates the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws, or incites hatred based on race, nationality, religion, etc., is prohibited.

5.8. Advertising other online games, private servers, or external resources is forbidden.

5.9. Malicious begging (using chat flood) is prohibited.

5.10. Profanity, insults, or vulgar language in clan/ally names, character names, titles, or pet names is prohibited. The Administration reserves the right to disband clans or force name changes without warning.

5.11. Character names containing reserved words such as GM, Admin, Administrator, or names of Administration members are forbidden.

5.12. Impersonating a Game Master (GM), Administrator, or any official representative is strictly prohibited.

5.13. Players are encouraged to report any violations to Game Masters via PM or the forum. The Administration may reward players who help prevent or report rule-breaking.

6. Trading Rules

6.1. Fraudulent actions during trade intended to steal another player’s money or items are prohibited. The Administration investigates such cases only with sufficient evidence (screenshots).

6.1.1. If a player is scammed through legitimate in-game means (without using bugs), the scammer will be punished, but lost items will not be restored.

6.1.2. If a scam occurs through the use of bugs or server exploits, the scammer will be punished, and item restoration will be at the Administration’s discretion.

6.2. Using game bugs or glitches during trade (e.g., texture tricks, item removal during trade, etc.) is prohibited.

7. Procedure for Providing Evidence to the Administration

7.1. Reports of rule violations should be sent to the Administration’s email or created as a topic in the Technical Support section on the forum.

7.2. All screenshots must be provided in full, without edits or cropping, with the chat fully visible. Accepted formats: *.jpg, *.png, *.zip, *.rar, etc.

7.3. Video evidence must be provided in its original form, without editing. The video should be compressed but remain clearly readable.

7.4. Quoting or describing text is not considered valid evidence and may be treated as defamation.

7.5. Intentionally falsifying or altering evidence is a serious violation and will result in severe punishment.

8. Types of Punishments and Grounds for Their Application

8.1. Violation of these Rules results in the application of punishment to the offender.

8.2. The following types of punishments are provided:

  • Chat mute (from 30 minutes to one month);
  • Character lock;
  • Forced modification of character parameters (level reduction, currency wipe, etc.);
  • Imprisonment (GM Consultation Service / Jail);
  • Account suspension for up to 6 (six) months;
  • Permanent account ban (both in-game and on the forum);
  • IP address or entire subnet ban;
  • HWID ban.

8.3. In case of a repeat offense (recidivism), the type and severity of the punishment is determined by the Game Master (GM), taking into account these Rules. The punishment must be no less severe than the previous one for the same violation.

8.4. Chat Mute — disabling all chat channels for the player for a fixed period of time — is applied as a separate punishment for violations of clauses 2.1, 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.1.3, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.8.3, 2.9, 2.10, 2.11, 3.3.1, 5.1, 5.2, 5.2.1, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 5.12 and others, or as an additional punishment for more serious violations.

8.5. Character Lock — depriving the player of the ability to log into the game with a specific character — is applied for violations of clauses 2.8, 2.8.1, 2.8.2, 2.9, 2.12.1, 3.6, 3.7, 4.2, 6.2 and others, or as an additional measure.

8.6. Forced Modification of Character Parameters (level reduction, currency wipe, stat changes, etc.) is applied for violations related to the use of cheats, bugs, or exploits (primarily clauses 3.1, 4.1, 4.2), or as an additional punishment.

8.7. Imprisonment (Jail) — moving the character to an isolated location (GM Consultation Service) — may be used as a separate or preliminary punishment for a wide range of violations.

8.8. Account Suspension (up to 6 months), Permanent Account Ban, IP/Subnet Ban, or HWID Ban are assigned by the Server Administrator as severe and exceptional punishments for the most serious violations, including but not limited to:

  • Threats or blackmail against the Administration (2.3)
  • Defamation and spreading false information (2.4)
  • Insults against the Administration (2.5)
  • Deception of the Administration (2.6)
  • Serious disrespect or interference with Administration work (2.2, 2.7, 2.8)
  • Use of cheats and third-party software (3.1)
  • Account theft / unauthorized access (3.2)
  • Real-money trading (RMT) (3.3)
  • Severe griefing and bug abuse (4.1, 4.2)
  • Other serious offenses listed in these Rules.

8.9. Game Masters (GM), other Administration representatives, or authorized persons who commit serious violations may be subject to disciplinary measures in accordance with the Administrative Service Regulations and the decision of the Project Administrator.

8.10. Any punishment issued by a Game Master (GM) must be based on these Rules, the Administrative Service Regulations, and generally accepted principles of justice, with respect for the rights and legitimate interests of the players.

8.11. No player may be punished based solely on suspicion or assumptions. A player is considered innocent until proven guilty by an authorized person (Game Master or Server Administrator).

9. Amendments, Final and Transitional Provisions

9.1. These Rules do not have retroactive effect.

9.2. The Administration reserves the right to make any changes or additions to these Rules without prior notice.

9.3. A new version of the Rules must be published in the User Agreement.

9.4. For any actions that seriously harm the Project but are not explicitly listed in these Rules, the Administration reserves the right to apply appropriate punishment.

9.5. These Rules come into force upon publication in the User Agreement.
